The base I ordered did not fit my feeder. I tried several times to contact you to exchange it for one that does fit, sending the measurement that I needed OR to obtain your mailing address, so that, I could return it for a refund. I even sent you my phone number if you had any questions but you did not reply. I’m about to file a claim with my credit card to have them remove the charge.

Yay, great base!

My old base for my bird feeder rotted and rusted out. My blown glass top was so beautiful, I hated to thrown it out. I wasn’t sure this new base would fit, but it did and the quality seems perfect. Can’t wait for spring to hang it outside again with a beautiful new base.
